About Us
Shirley Corbett Shirley is GeoSolve's President and GIS Manager Shirley brings a range of technical and management skills from her prior public and private experience. She was the City of Lebanon’s GIS Specialist, owner of her own Drafting/CAD business, an AutoCAD instructor at Linn Benton Community College, CAD Manager for K&D Engineering, Linn County’s Survey office and Cartographer for Linn County's Assessor office. Jim Clark, P.E. Jim is GeoSolve's Principal & Business Manager Prior to starting GeoSolve, Jim spent 20 years in municipal engineering, most of which were as a City Engineer. It was in this work that he became aware of GIS and its capabilities, eventually serving on Linn County’s GIS Technical Advisory Team. Before that, Jim worked as a Senior Engineer on the Trans-Alaska Pipeline project and gained considerable building design and construction experience working for the Corps of Engineers in Texas and Alaska. Shannon Marheine, ENP Shannon is GeoSolve's Vice President Prior to joining GeoSolve, Shannon worked for 13 years at Oregon Emergency Management in the Technology & Response Section serving many roles within the State 9-1-1 Program including MSAG/Rural Addressing Coordinator, GIS Coordinator, Program Lead and as the Director of the Technology & Response Section/State 9-1-1 Program Director. Shannon has served on numerous State and National E9-1-1 committees and is accredited by the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) as an Emergency Number Professional (ENP).
