Budget is always a critical factor. Planning a low cost GIS - that can grow - is our specialty. Phasing, using freeware initially, and emphasizing high quality critical data development are several approaches we routinely emphasize in planning a GIS.

At the planning stage we strongly emphasize designing your system to fit within the larger “GIS Community” - other data and systems from federal, state, local governments and private entities that either must, or should, be integrated with your GIS.
